Refunds & Returns

Because many of our items are made-to-order, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused and unworn items only. To be eligible:

  • Item must be in the same condition it arrived

  • Item must not have been washed, worn, or altered

  • Original packaging must be included

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns or refunds, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will remake or replace your item at no cost.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for size or color as long as the item is unused and returned within 14 days.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Digital products

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, please allow 3–7 business days for processing. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
